Twenty-one year old Usman, scored an outstanding 93% in the Financial Information for Management paper. He attended a ceremony at ACCA's London headquarters last Friday where he received a certificate of merit and a cheque for £200.
Usman, who is an undergraduate at LUMS, said: "ACCA offers flexibility global recognition and a range of study options enabling me to study for a combination of Accountancy and Economics at the same time. I did put in a lot of hard work & effort but ACCA is totally worth it. Furthermore, nothing beats the feeling of passing an exam’ - except for winning an award for it!
ACCA President, Jonathan Beckerlegge, said: "I am very impressed by Usman's success in the ACCA examinations. The true measure of his success becomes clear when we consider that nearly 9,000 students worldwide sat the Financial Information for Management paper.
