Professional development matrix
The PDM has been designed to enable employees to find out whether they have the knowledge and skills to perform in the role they are currently employed in, and to consider the knowledge and skills they might benefit from to perform well, both now and in the future.
The PDM can be used by your organisation as part of the performance management process, as it assists individuals in building personal development plans. Within the PDM there are many role profiles detailing the types of roles finance professionals undertake in the workplace. These could be very useful for your organisation in establishing job descriptions and role profiles. The resource is available to all employees working for organisations approved under the professional stream of approval, though will be of primary interest to finance professionals.
The professional development matrix can only be accessed by employees of organisations approved under the Professional Development stream. Login below with your username and password to access the PDM.
